Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR

Alpine Select AG («Alpine Select» / the «Company») hereby informs its shareholders and interested market participants that it expects a profit of approximately CHF 1.4 million in its financial statements in accordance to Swiss GAAP FER for the financial year 2024. In the comparative period (financial year 2023) a loss of CHF 0.4 million was reported.

These figures are preliminary and are based on the current state of the closing activities and the documents available to the Company to date for the valuation of its investments. Alpine Select will publish the final results for 2024 and the audited annual report 2024 with detailed information at the beginning of April 2025.

Alpine Select publishes its consolidated net asset value (NAV) on a weekly basis. This ensures a timely flow of information to shareholders and other interested parties on the development of the Company’s portfolio.
